And we will offer you afun and challenging job that will allow you to develop and grow.Position Overview:As an IT Service Delivery Manager/Technical Account Manager, you will beresponsible for establishing and nurturing strong relationships withassigned clients, ensuring their technology needs are met and aligningtheir IT goals with the organization. This role requires a deepunderstanding of both the technical aspects of the solutions provided andthe human interactions required to drive forward our services.Key Responsibilities:· Serve as the primary contact for client IT and technical needs,ensuring client satisfaction.· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage newand repeat business opportunities.· Provide two-way communication between the client and our team,representing client needs and setting proper expectations.· Be the customer’s single point of contact for any technicalaspect, including monitoring and incident resolution.· Monitor problems, implement improvement plans, and ensure clientissues are addressed efficiently.· Ensure adherence to processes, quality standards, and contractualrequirements.· Track and report on client projects, outages, changes, andgrowth.· Analyze outages, incidents, and changes for trends and opportunitiesfor improvement.· Chair regular client calls, providing minutes and actionableinsights.· Collaborate with global and local teams to ensure client satisfactionand sustainable growth.· Support sales management for account growth and identify growthopportunities.· Analyze customers’ needs, suggest upgrades or additionalfeatures, and ensure deliverables meet their requirements.· Communicate progress to both internal and external stakeholders.Requirements:· Minimum of 5 years in service delivery management, technical accountmanagement, or a relevant IT field.· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English+ Turkish.· Customer-oriented with a strong focus on providing exceptionalcustomer experiences.· Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and conflictresolution skills.· Ability to manage multiple projects while paying strict attention todetail.· Proven experience in delivering client-focused solutions based oncustomer needs.· Solid technical background, preferably with experience in ContactCenter solutions, Telephony, LAN Network, and Firewall Security.· Comfortable with direct responsibility, accountability, anddecision-making.· Ability to engage with IT teams globally, understanding regionalnuances and challenges.· Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate global businessneeds.· Strong sense of urgency, organization, accountability, and attentionto detail.What We Offer:· A dynamic role in a continually growing international company.· Collaboration with a highly professional team and high levels ofresponsibility.· Opportunities for professional development and career growth.If this exciting opportunity sounds like you, joinus!Concentrix+Webhelp is an equal-opportunityemployer Concentrix+Webhelp is committed to equal employment opportunitiesfor all candidates and a work environment free of discrimination andharassment.
