Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and versatile Technical Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. This role blends technical expertise with client relationship management and sales strategy. You will be responsible for meeting with clients, understanding their requirements, developing and delivering customized solutions, and ensuring a seamless experience from sales to implementation.

This role requires a mix of technical acumen, project management skills, and a client-first mindset to support both our clients, sales, and engineering teams. You will report directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management: Conduct monthly check-ins with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction, act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issues, ensuring swift resolution.
  2. Solution Development: Analyze client requirements and translate them into actionable development tasks. Develop, test, and deliver client-specific solutions that align with their expectations and our standards.
  3. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to address technical questions and assist in closing deals. Prepare technical presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to showcase our solutions.
  4. Proactive Issue Monitoring: Monitor solutions post-deployment to ensure consistent performance and reliability. Identify and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime for clients.
  5. Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with internal teams (engineering and sales) to ensure alignment and client satisfaction. Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on project progress and outcomes.

Required Skills:

  1. Technical: This is a full-stack technical role. Knowledge of cloud infrastructures (e.g., Google Cloud, MongoDB Atlas), and modern software development tools (e.g., GitHub) as well as Typescript and Python programming languages are a requirement.
  2. Language: Proficient in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  3. Client-Centric Mindset: Ability to understand and prioritize client needs to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  4. Sales Support Skills: Confidence in supporting sales strategies, answering technical questions, and contributing to closing deals.
  5. Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development, technical account management, sales engineering, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with TypeScript and Python programming languages as well as CSS and HTML.
  • Proficient in English, Spanish, Portuguese languages, written and spoken.
