As such providing software for selective data client refresh, Data Privacy solutions in Production and non-production, data on demand and other Data led solutions.

SAP® provides specific Industry solutions for different industries where typical financial accounting, logistics and planning can’t be utilised. In the case of Utilities the IS-U component has been delivered to cater for the specific challenges faced from energy production to supply point delivery, billing, customer services and everything in between. Because of this unique solution from SAP® EPI-USE Labs have delivered specific capabilities to manage IS-U landscapes incorporating data privacy handling.

About the role:

This is a new position for an experienced consultant to join our ‘Europe E’ Professional Services team as the regional SME in the Utilities business and data model. Supporting pre-sales, junior consultants and delivering solutions directly to customers this is a varied role sure to challenge the successful candidate. The EPI-USE Labs consultant is versatile, able to discuss functional intricacies within their specialist area, but also technically adept able to trouble shoot / performance tune and debug processes as needed.

Following an initial onboarding and training schedule the successful candidate will be required to:

● Support pre-sales in completing demonstrations of the EPI-USE Labs products and communicating the best value to our clients

● Technical implementation of software for Landscape Management and Data Privacy solutions

● Manage scope and documentation throughout the project lifecycle

● Clear professional client communications to all levels from CxO to Basis advisor and everything in between

● Internal team support and knowledge transfer of specialisms

● Regular certification and training to increase specialisms / knowledge

● Prepare and produce blogs, webinars and other marketing content to support business development and growth

About the person:

The successful candidate will be able to evidence the following essential experiences and capabilities:

● Worked within an SAP IS-Utilities functional Competency Centre or Centre of Excellence (CoE) with responsibility for data model components, business change impacts, ad-hoc reporting or similar Data and Table based responsibilities

● Detailed knowledge and understanding of the SAP IS-U data model

● Total SAP experience of six years or more

● Full project lifecycle experience, either in a Project Management or Delivery role

● Delivery of project documentation, from Requirement and Scope documents, through to Delivery summaries

● Be capable of communicating clearly in a diverse pan-European team

● Be capable of working effectively with MS Office products and Google Workspace applications

● Keen and able to travel throughout European Countries with a valid passport

The following experiences and capabilities will be an advantage but are not essential – full training and support will be given by EPI-USE Labs for the right candidate:

● Technical experience of SAP process debugging, completing performance impact assessments and delivering technical recommendations

● ABAP coding experience, able to write simple programs and / or adapt programs to a specific use case

● Functional knowledge of additional SAP components i.e. CRM, FICO or Logistics

● Speak English and German

Further particulars:

Based: Offices are available in Manchester (UK), Utrecht (NL), Copenhagen (DN) and Palma (Spain) however the role will be based from home with travel to customer sites and company offices as needed
