This position serves as the cornerstone for your development into a skilled project engineer. It offers the opportunity to deliver top-tier service to our clients while dedicating time to learning and pursuing certifications spanning from professional to advanced levels.

Position Description

As a Technical Consultant at 1Path, your responsibilities will include:

Conducting research to identify opportunities for standardizing and enhancing a customer’s IT infrastructure, collaborating with team leadership or the Technical Account Manager.

Participating in rotational work with transitional support.

Gaining exposure to the processing and execution of statements of work.

Assisting with tasks such as imaging laptops and servers, supporting clients with projects including Microsoft Azure, Office 365, email migration, and server migrations.

Preparing items for installation, such as firewalls.

Collaborating with peers on project tasks and learning best practices in areas like Active Directory, Teams/SharePoint Integration, and other software configurations.

Focusing on honing your skill set to evolve into a subject matter expert to support the organization’s future growth.

Assisting clients with system and solution migrations to ensure a seamless transition and deliver exemplary service at every touchpoint.

After task completion, contributing to knowledge article creation to support departmental efforts in developing a standard operating playbook.
