About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Technical Customer Service Support Specialist. This role involves providing Level 2(4+yrs) technical support and contributing to marketing initiatives, making it ideal for a versatile professional with a technical and creative skill set. Proficiency in Arabic is a must, as you will interact with Arabic-speaking customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
Technical Support (70%):
- Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions for Level 2 support requests.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant technical teams while maintaining ownership of the issue until resolution.
- Manage critical situations, ensuring timely updates to customers and stakeholders.
- Analyze recurring problems and recommend long-term solutions to prevent future occurrences.
Marketing Support (30%):
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align customer support insights with marketing strategies.
- Assist in creating Arabic-language content for campaigns, social media, and product documentation.
- Participate in marketing initiatives aimed at improving customer engagement and promoting brand awareness.
Qualifications & Skills
Technical Expertise:
- Proven experience in technical support roles (Level 1 & Level 2).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with technical ticketing systems and CRM tools.
Marketing Proficiency:
- Background or demonstrated interest in marketing activities.
- Experience creating or localizing marketing materials in Arabic.
Language Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle escalated situations calmly.
- A team player with a proactive and customer-first approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor”s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- Knowledge of software, networking, or IT support systems.
- Experience in multicultural environments.
