THE COMPANY:

Our client is a leading SaaS company that has been serving a niche healthcare market for over 2 decades. They provide a powerful SaaS solution enabling healthcare organizations to maximize efficiency and reduce human error, promoting superior patient care. They are also highly regarded in the market for their innovation, customer experience, and product features.

THE POSITION:

As a Technical Enablement Manager, you will report to the Director of Customer Success and Implementation and be responsible for providing configuration and advisory services to our customer base. This position is SME (Subject Matter Expert) focused and requires a drive to create and leverage existing tools, technologies, and training materials to increase our customers’ adoption of Software.

In addition to product adoption, the configuration of our product is pivotal to the long-term success and retention of our customer base. We are looking for an individual who can learn the continued architecture of customer success and work closely with our project management team to both build and support the changing needs of our customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Learn the full feature functionality of our Software and suggest best configuration practices

to both external customers and internal departments.

· Work with our customer base to identify training gaps and implement content in our Learning management software.

· Work with Product Management to maintain the hygiene of existing Training Content.

· Work with Project Management to build and support customer project requests.

· Scope, Configure and Deliver customer project requests with the goal in mind of accelerating customer growth and adoption.

· Manage and communicate pivotal changes to customer health, illuminating data points that drive our product roadmap and operational performance.

WHAT YOU’VE GOT:

· 4+ years in SAAS Training/Learning Management Software

· 3+ years with Project Management Experience

· 5+ years working with CRM (Customer Relationship Management Software)

· 2+ years working in Customer Success

· Bachelor’s degree preferred.

· Healthcare SAAS experience preferred.

COMPENSATION, POSITION & WORKPLACE DETAILS:

· Compensation for this role is $90,000 – $100,000 with annual bonuses depending on experience.

· Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with match, HSA, and FSA. Company paid life, LTD, and STD.

· Unlimited PTO.

· This is a 100% remote position.

· Travel up to 20%.
