Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Techno-Functional Product Manager to lead our product initiatives, working with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a strategic product roadmap. This role requires a strong blend of technical knowledge, functional expertise, and product management skills. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with enterprise architecture, business stakeholders, and development teams to drive product vision, strategy, and execution, utilising SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) principles and advanced visualisation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Product Roadmap & Strategy:

• Develop, prioritise, and manage a cohesive product roadmap in collaboration with the enterprise architecture team and key stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility.

2.Requirements Gathering & Prioritisation:

• Conduct workshops and ideation sessions to gather, prioritise, and refine both business and technical requirements.
• Translate requirements into detailed product features, user stories, and epics.

3. SAFe Methodology Application:

• Apply SAFe principles to plan and manage product increments.
• Facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning and ensure effective cross-team coordination for successful product delivery.

4.Technical Collaboration:

• Collaborate with enterprise architecture and development teams to understand system architecture and dependencies.
• Ensure product features align with technical standards and capabilities.

5.Functional & Technical Analysis:

• Act as a bridge between business and technical stakeholders by providing clear, concise, and actionable product requirements.
• Factor in technical constraints and opportunities to optimize product outcomes.

6.Diagramming & Visualisation:

• Use advanced tools like Lucidchart, Miro, and Visio to create complex workflows, process diagrams, and architectural visuals.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

7.Product Execution:

• Champion agile practices within development teams, ensuring backlog prioritisation, progress tracking, and timely, high-quality releases.

8.Data-Driven Decision Making:

• Leverage data analytics tools to monitor user behavior and key performance metrics.
• Make informed, data-backed decisions that drive product enhancements and user satisfaction.

9.Stakeholder Communication:

• Provide regular updates on product progress, milestones, risks, and outcomes.
• Foster a transparent and collaborative environment for all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced degrees and certifications (e.g., SAFe Program Consultant, Certified Scrum Product Owner) are highly desirable.
• Experience:
• 8+ years of experience in product management, with a strong techno-functional focus.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex product roadmaps and migration projects.
• Extensive experience with SAFe methodology.
• Technical Skills:
• Ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts and their impact on product features.
• Experience with software development or technical systems (e.g., Java, APIs, microservices) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and modern diagramming tools (Lucidchart, Miro, Visio).
• Functional Skills:
• Expertise in requirements gathering, business analysis, and process mapping.
• Strong focus on user-centered design principles.
• Agile and SAFe expertise, including backlog prioritisation, sprint/PI planning, and iterative product development.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the skill to influence stakeholders and set expectations.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
• A collaborative approach focused on delivering measurable business value.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in enterprise architecture or enterprise systems integration.
• Background in data analytics and metrics-driven product decision-making.
• Experience with cloud-based systems and migration strategies.
