Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven TikTok Shop Marketing Manager with a proven track record of driving sales growth through TikTok and Instagram. The ideal candidate will have experience in influencer marketing, content creation, and performance analysis, specifically for TikTok Shop. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that increase brand visibility, engagement, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to optimize sales on TikTok Shop and grow our brand presence on TikTok and Instagram
  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with TikTok influencers, content creators, and partners to amplify brand visibility and drive conversions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging and compelling content, including videos, livestreams, and ads, tailored for TikTok’s audience
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness, optimize ad spend, and maximize ROI
  • Continuously evaluate campaign success, identify growth opportunities, and make recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends and algorithm changes to enhance our strategies and stay ahead of the competition
  • Manage the creation, scheduling, and posting of content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on TikTok and Instagram
  • Demonstrated experience driving sales growth through TikTok Shop and influencer marketing
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience with e-commerce clients and understanding of e-commerce marketing strategies is preferred
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and analytics tools.
