They are currently in search of an accomplished and driven Senior Project Manager to become part of their team. This role presents an intriguing chance for someone with extensive experience in technical design engineering and outstanding leadership abilities. As the Senior Project Manager, your responsibilities will include supervising a group of engineers, handling multiple projects concurrently, and serving as the primary liaison for our clients. This is a permanent position offering a flexible work arrangement that combines both in-office and remote work options.

Key responsibilities for this role will include (but not limited to):

· Take ownership of project planning, execution, and delivery. Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion.

· Provide leadership and guidance to a team of approximately three engineers. Conduct performance reviews, facilitate professional development, and handle tough conversations when necessary.

· Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and effective communication. Consult with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide appropriate solutions.

· Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring they are on track and meet quality standards. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions as needed.

· Utilize your extensive technical design engineering experience to provide guidance and expertise to the team. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

· Primarily focus on projects in the Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, New Mexico, and South Dakota regions.

· Oversee transmission line projects, including brown field, green field, cut-in projects, and quality assurance/quality control processes.

Required and desired skillsets, experience and qualifications for this role:

· Professional Engineer (PE) License.

· Minimum of 5 years of technical design engineering experience, specifically with transmission line projects for various utilities.

· Proven experience in managing a team, conducting performance reviews, and handling difficult conversations. Ability to get projects back on track.

· Strong client management skills with experience acting as the main point of contact and building relationships.

· Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining high-quality standards.

· Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

· Ability to utilize Excel spreadsheets, create Excel trackers, and be able to use Word and PowerPoint for reporting/presentations via teams or in-person.
