Position Details

This is a work-from-home position available to candidates residing in the states of Florida and South Carolina. Please note that due to business constraints, we can only consider candidates within these states. Successful candidates will need to report to one of our Florida or South Carolina locations for new hire paperwork on day one and must meet our work-at-home requirements (outlined below).

How You’ll Shine

Your Responsibilities Will Include

As an Inbound Travel Representative with Wyndham Destinations, you will play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable vacation experiences for our valued owners.

Taking inbound calls from enthusiastic owners ready to plan their dream vacations.

Booking car rentals, airfare, hotel reservations, cruises, and recommending local experiences based on owner interests.

Providing exceptional customer service and leveraging your travel expertise to enhance their vacation plans.

Compensation And Benefits

Hourly wage of $15.50, plus monthly incentives.

Weekends OFF!

Start Date: October 30th, 2023.

What You’ll Bring

High School Diploma or GED required.

Six months of customer service and sales experience.

Six Months Of Travel-related Experience Preferred.

Ability to build quick rapport with customers, ask probing questions, and offer additional services to meet their travel needs.

Intermediate proficiency with travel software programs such as Apollo, Sabre, or Worldspan.

Strong multitasking skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.

Training schedule (5 weeks): 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST.

After training schedule: Availability to work between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday. A set schedule will be provided.

Ability to work some holidays.

Requirements for Working from Home

A quiet, distraction-free workspace.

High-speed internet (DSL or Cable) with download speed of 10mbps, upload speed 2mbps, and latency less than 80ms.

Ability to hardwire your computer directly to a router.

Personal device with a working camera for the first week of training (until our computers are set up at your home).

Intermediate computer proficiency and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues while working from home.
