Ui Ux Designer (Remote)

We’re looking for a talented and creative UI/Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. Requirements for the Role:

• 5+ years of experience as a UI/Graphic Designer or in a similar design role.
• Portfolio link is required, showcasing your work in UI/UX design, website design, graphic design, and branding.
• Strong design skills, with a deep understanding of typography, layouts, and graphic fundamentals.
• Experience in website design, brand development, and UI/UX is essential.
• Knowledge of design limitations for web and digital media and experience in creating responsive designs.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, InDesign, Adobe XD, Illustrator, After Effects, and other design software.
• Experience in video editing and creating animated content such as logo reveals, explainer videos, or social media animations is a plus.
• A strong passion for creative thinking, with the ability to think outside the box and push the boundaries of traditional design.
• Illustrative skills are a significant advantage.
• Eagerness to learn, improve, and stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and tools.

Responsibilities for the Role:

• Design Conceptualization & Ideation: Contribute innovative and creative design concepts for website design, branding, graphic design, and video content. Pitch fresh ideas and engage in brainstorming sessions to bring designs to life.
• Website Design: Develop visually appealing and user-friendly websites that reflect the brand identity and provide seamless user experiences.
• Brand Identity Creation: Assist in creating and refining brand identities for Ray Fitout, ensuring consistency across all visual assets, including logos, typography, color schemes, and other branding materials.
• Graphic Design & Visual Enhancements: Design and enhance various digital and print assets, such as brochures, banners, social media posts, and promotional materials, ensuring high-quality, consistent visuals.
• Video Content Creation: Support with video editing, including logo reveals, animated videos, and other multimedia content to communicate the Ray Fitout brand and engage our audience.
• Design Briefs & Research: Work with project teams to gather requirements and create design briefs based on research and client needs. Your input will help ensure designs are both visually compelling and user-centric.
• Collaborative Design Process: Participate in the idea generation process with our creative team, offering your input to shape design proposals, campaigns, and product presentations.
• Stay Current with Design Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in UI/UX design, graphic design, web technologies, and video production to ensure Ray Fitout’s designs remain fresh and innovative.
