We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with a strong sense of design and 58 years of professional experience to join our team. This role requires a dynamic individual who excels in creating user-friendly and visually engaging interfaces for web and mobile applications, while also contributing to the creation of daily design collaterals that support business and marketing needs. A working knowledge of Microsoft 360 tools is essential for handling professional presentations, documents, and internal templates.

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive user experiences through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, ensuring they are optimized for responsiveness and usability. You will collaborate with developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to bring designs to life, balancing creativity with functionality. Alongside this, you will develop high-quality materials such as brochures, infographics, presentations, social media posts, and other assets to support communication and marketing efforts.

You will also ensure that all visual designs align with the companys branding guidelines, maintaining consistency across platforms and collaterals. Staying updated with the latest design trends and technologies, you will introduce innovative ideas and approaches, elevating the overall quality of design outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

• UI/UX Design: Create user-centered designs for web and mobile applications, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Design Collaterals: Develop and maintain a variety of marketing and communication materials, such as presentations, brochures, infographics, and other print/digital assets.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the companys branding and visual identity guidelines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and project managers, to execute projects.
• Microsoft 360 Support: Utilize tools like PowerPoint, Word, and Excel to create professional-quality documents and presentations.
• User Feedback: Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and improve designs.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure innovative and relevant solutions.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5–8 years of experience in UI/UX design and graphic design.
• Design Expertise: Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or Sketch.
• Microsoft 360 Knowledge: Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Portfolio: A diverse portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and graphic design work.
• Attention to Detail: Strong sense of typography, layout, and color theory.
• Time Management: Ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to present and explain design ideas effectively.
• Education: A degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
