Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team at Umm Digital. As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and user-friendly interfaces for various digital platforms and products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, conduct research, and translate insights into compelling design solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and user flows.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize design concepts.
• Develop interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing results, and market trends.
• Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and devices.
• Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and methodologies.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, design thinking, and user-centered design process.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹420,000.00 – ₹780,000.00 per year
