As UI/UX Designer (m/f/d) you are responsible for enhancing user satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and visual appeal of our products. You work closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences by adhering to design system guidelines. You continuously work to improve existing patterns and play a critical role in forming features and improvements for our B2B products.
It doesn’t matter where you work from, whether on-site at our Campus in Schöppingen or fully remote, in Germany. You are always an integral part of the Shopware Crew.
These are your tasks:
- You work on our B2B products structuring and organizing content or information in a way that is intuitive and user-friendly. This often involves creating prototypes, sitemaps and user flow diagrams.
- By following accessibility standards and guidelines, you ensure that the design is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities.
- You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and leadership, to drive product success.
- You conduct user interviews and validate your work through user testing together with product management.
- You conduct regular design reviews to provide guidance, identify challenges, and ensure quality standards.
This is what you’ll bring to the table:
- You have at least three years of practical experience in UI/UX or a related field, (with a portfolio showcasing a range of work, preferably in B2B).
- You are proficient with Figma, Design Systems and User Research tools.
- You demonstrate strong strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
- You have an extensive understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and a commitment to designing inclusive digital experiences.
- You are fluent in German and English and are keen to work in an international corporate environment with an “English First” approach.
