Job Summary:

As a UI/UX Frontend Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience and interface of our AI workflow applications. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create aesthetically pleasing, functional, and efficient interfaces that enhance user interaction with AI-based features. Your role involves transforming complex AI workflows into intuitive and user-friendly designs that align with the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Interface Design: Create clean, modern, and engaging user interfaces for AI workflow applications, including dashboard layouts, forms, visual workflows, and interactive components.
• User Experience Design: Conduct user research, develop personas, and map user journeys to ensure the workflow application is intuitive and meets user needs.
• Prototyping and Wireframing: Develop high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas and gather feedback from stakeholders.
• Collaboration with Developers: Work closely with front-end developers to ensure the final product matches design specifications, maintaining consistency across the application.
• AI Workflow Visualization: Design user-friendly visual representations of complex AI processes, making AI-driven actions comprehensible to users with varying levels of technical expertise.
• Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs to improve overall user satisfaction.
• Responsive Design: Ensure the application provides a seamless experience across multiple devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
• Stay Updated: Keep up with UI/UX design trends, especially in the AI domain, and integrate best practices into your designs.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in applications related to AI, automation, or workflow management.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Vue.js is a plus.
• Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Marvel).
• AI Application Knowledge: Understanding of how AI-driven applications work, including the ability to simplify complex processes into user-friendly designs.
• Research Skills: Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in translating user needs into efficient workflows.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience designing for SaaS applications or enterprise software.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their impact on user interaction.
