• Urgent start date: 22.05
• We offer remote work system in the area of Districts: Castelo Branco, Lisbon, Leiria, Santarem, Portalegre, Evoria, Setubal, Beja & Faro!
• We don’t need any experience, we offer training!
• Rotational shifts system: Monday -Sunday (8:00 –21:00)-40h/5days per week incl. Public Holidays (2 rotational days off)

Our client is a premier global media and entertainment company, offers audiences the world’s most differentiated and complete portfolio of content, brands and franchises across television, film, streaming and gaming.
The new company combines WarnerMedia’s premium entertainment, sports and news assets with Discovery’s leading non-fiction and international entertainment and sports businesses.

We are looking for reinforcements in the form of French-speaking employees for our team in Portugal.

We are looking for you, entrusted with the support of our customers.

✅ As a Customer Support you will:

• Support of all customers’ requests in French mainlyby chat, social media (calls are small percentage)
• Responds to End -User through the above mentioned communication channels
• Maintains solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
• Client’s query types: invoicing, subscription, service troubleshooting

✅ Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance):

• 1044€ gross x 12 months or 895€ gross x 14 months -basic salary
• up to 100€ gross performance bonus/month
• meal allowance: 7,23€ NET/day in a voucher card (approx 145€ NET/month)
• 20 €/month – Transport allowance

• You speak French (at least C2 level)
• You speak communicative English – min. B2 level
