Admiral Media is a fast-growing and award-winning performance marketing agency seeking a highly skilled and motivated App Marketing Team Lead to join our team. As the Team Lead, you will take charge of running and scaling our clients’ international user acquisition campaigns on various paid social & paid search channels. Responsibilities:

1. Strategy and Campaign Management:

   – Ideate, create, and manage app marketing campaigns on different paid social channels.

   – Optimize and scale international app marketing campaigns to achieve our clients’ business goals, focusing on Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

   – Utilize our automated Tableau reporting to present your results effectively

– Audit your team’s campaigns and identify things to improve

2. Data Analysis and Insights:

   – Identify correlations between key performance metrics and draw conclusions to enhance user acquisition strategies.

   – Work with CSV files and large Excel reports to analyze campaign data thoroughly wherever needed

– Brief our analysts to create or improve new dashboards for you, your team and clients

3. Creative Briefing and Collaboration:

   – Enable your team but also be able to precisely brief the creative team on the required banners or videos for each channel and campaign.

– You are aware of the latest developments and best practices on Meta, Google, Tiktok and other platforms

4. Automation and Innovation:

   – Leverage automation features on digital marketing channels to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.

   – Stay at the forefront of digital advertising by testing and delivering reports on the latest ad products, including alpha and beta tests.

– You are able to identify bottlenecks and improve processes

5. Team Leadership and Growth:

   – Lead a team of app marketers, guiding them to achieve exceptional results.

   – Motivate and inspire team members to learn and grow their skill sets.

– Reward your team based on performance.

– Collaborate with the Management team to win new and deliver results for our customers

– Represent Admiral Media on conferences, webinars, podcasts and other content pieces to enhance our positioning as a leading agency

Requirements:

1. Experience and Technical Skills:

   – Minimum 3 years of experience in app marketing in a leadership role

   – Deep understanding of the latest developments in app tracking, especially related to iOS14 & Google Privacy Sandbox.

   – Proficiency in Excel and advanced data analysis techniques.

   – Strong experience with performance marketing metrics, including CPM, CPA, and ROAS.

2. Industry and Advertising Knowledge:

   – Familiarity with various social media platforms, including Meta, Snap, TikTok, and others.

– Familiarity with paid search platforms, including ASA, Google, Bing and others..

   – Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

   – Strong presentation skills

3. Attitude and Soft Skills:

   – Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to deliver accurate and structured work.

   – A passion for numbers and data-driven decision-making.

   – A proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional results for clients.
