Role Details:

Role: UI/UX Designer

Job Type: Full-time, contract-based (40 hours/week).

Probation Period: The first 2 weeks will serve as a probation period. Based on your performance and contributions during this time, the role will transition into a full-time position.

Location: Remote.

What You’ll Do:

Lead Design Innovation:

Conceptualize and design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms.

Create high-quality animations and interactive prototypes to bring your designs to life.

Design workflows, wireframes, and mockups with a keen eye for detail using tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe XD.

Collaborate and Strategize:

Work alongside developers, and founders to align design solutions with user needs and business goals.

Leverage user research and data to drive design decisions and refine the user experience.

Build Scalable Systems:

Define and develop design patterns and frameworks to establish a scalable design system for the platform.

Ensure consistency in branding and visual language across all touchpoints.

What You Need to Succeed:

Must-Haves:

4+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.

Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe XD.

Proficiency in animation design and interactive prototyping.

Design visually appealing and user-friendly websites using Figma.

Conduct user research and testing to evaluate the effectiveness of design solutions.

Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think at a system level.

Excellent communication skills to present design decisions clearly and effectively.

A passion for creating seamless, human-centered experiences.

Nice-to-Haves:

Knowledge of motion graphics tools like After Effects or Filmora.

Experience working in fintech or designing for financial services platforms.

Familiarity with emerging design trends and interaction patterns.

Experience collaborating with remote and global teams.
