UX Designer/Developer (GMT Remote, FT Contract)

Location: Fully Remote (Candidates *must reside in GMT or CET time zones – this is not optional*)Position: Full-Time Contract

We´re a small but mighty team behind a successful fintech product that’s been driving results in the market for over 10 years. We’re not a flash-in-the-pan startup—we’re here to stay, and we’re looking for an exceptional UX Designer to join our design and product team.

About the Role

As our UX Designer, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our fintech platform. You’ll be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and visually stunning experiences that drive user engagement, simplify onboarding, and enhance dashboards, in-app messaging, and campaign management.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and iterate on user experiences for web and mobile fintech applications.
• Create dashboards, user onboarding flows, in-app messaging interfaces, and campaign tools.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into impactful designs.
• Support a senior product manager in conducting user research to ensure designs meet the needs of our customers.
• Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals to communicate your ideas.
• Continuously refine designs based on user feedback and analytics.

About You

Must-Haves:

• Experience: 3+ years of UX design experience, preferably in fintech applications. Proven ability to work independently and deliver organized files and full designs on time.
• Portfolio: Demonstrated experience designing for web and mobile fintech apps, with examples of dashboards, onboarding flows, and campaign tools.
• Knowledge: Skillset: Expert capabilities in Figma and familiarity with Sketch or Adobe XD, and experience in designing for engagement, usability, and accessibility. Ideally, you will have capabilities in Figma to REACT conversion and some front-end coding chops as well, in order to work efficiently with the development team.
• Domain Expertise: Previous experience designing for banking, fintech, or marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). Strong understanding of the US banking industry and user engagement strategies.

• Experience working with remote teams and in a small team environment.
