UX UI Designer
We are seeking a UX/UI Designer with Unity design experience to join our team! When you join Aequilibrium, you get to be a part of a fun and agile company driving innovative change in FinTech and VR. Who You Are
Take ownership of medium-sized projects and ensure all work is delivered on time and to the highest standards.
Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to develop and refine concepts.
Mentor and guide junior designers as needed
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and techniques.
Must-Have Qualifications
Create high-quality user interfaces and user experiences for Unity’s products and services.
Basic understanding of Unity engine and its capabilities.
Experience creating user interfaces and user experiences for desktop, mobile, XR, cloud, and web applications.
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, user experience, human-computer interaction, or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a UX/UI designer.
Work collaboratively with product managers, developers, and other designers to achieve project goals.
Contribute to developing best practices and standards for UX/UI designers.
Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Nice to Haves
Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
Portfolio demonstrating proficiency in UX/UI design.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, with strong time management skills
