This is a fully remote role. Candidates based in the following cities are eligible for potential conversion to full-time if an opportunity arises (not guaranteed): Seattle, Boise, SF Bay Area, or Plano, TX metro.

As a Visual Designer, you will rely on user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading user experiences—from concept to execution. You’ll collaborate with your design and marketing partners to co-create beautiful, innovative, inspired and highly visible products that people love to use. You’ll work as part of a UX team in a challenging, fast-paced environment.

You will demonstrate your creativity and rigor in the creation and refinement of marketing components for personalization and AI in email. You will act as a bridge between design and engineering, to enable efficient, high-quality execution.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Evolve our design system to maintain a cohesive, engaging user experience.

Provide creative direction for evolving the system within Salesforce emails across all store brands.

Promote consistency and quality across design elements, ensuring they follow our design principles and brand guidelines.

Improve visual UI across the omnichannel organization

Mentor product designers on visual design, brand alignment, and new design solutions.

Effortlessly produce pixel-perfect execution and cohesive visual storytelling.

Create reusable components for interaction design and automation.

Tirelessly raise the bar for user experience in omnichannel

Role Requirements:

Portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to professional product or UI design work.

4+ years of product design or UI design, created under tight deadlines, with many stakeholders

3+ years of experience with Agile, Kanban – and associated tools, such as JIRA or Monday.com

Preferred qualifications:

Master’s degree in design, human-computer interaction or equivalent practical experience

2+ years of experience designing atomic components for email

Expertise in Google Material Design and Human Interface Guidelines

Expertise in Gestalt principles, NNG principles and accessibility.
