This startup aims to revolutionize the online auto parts market, and we are looking for an experienced VP Head of Marketing to build and lead our marketing team from the ground up. This is a remote position with the potential to relocate to Canada in the future.

As the VP Head of Marketing for Parts Mojo, you will be instrumental in creating and implementing our marketing strategy. Your role will involve building a marketing team, boosting brand awareness, launching effective digital campaigns, and optimizing our marketing efforts. Your expertise in digital marketing, data analytics, and enhancing customer experience will be crucial for our success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Building: Recruit and build a high-performing marketing team from scratch.
  • Brand Awareness: Develop and execute strategies to boost brand visibility and recognition.
  • Digital Marketing: Launch and manage effective digital campaigns using Google AdWords, SEO, and other tools.
  • Marketing Optimization: Optimize marketing spend and monitor performance through data analytics.
  • Customer Experience: Focus on enhancing the customer journey across all touchpoints.
  • Strategic Planning: Establish a strategic roadmap for global eCommerce order management systems.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work with international stakeholders to customize and localize solutions.
  • Operational Efficiency: Integrate third-party logistics providers to reduce operational costs and improve shipping times.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in leading and building teams for new startup e-commerce businesses.
  • Strong background in digital marketing strategies, including Google AdWords, analytics, and SEO.
