Raya FMCG one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Wholesale Sales Supervisor

What will you do?

– Achieve sales targets, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
– Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations to develop team members and enhance overall team performance.
– Ensure that the team adheres to company policies, procedures, and sales strategies.
– Oversee daily operations of wholesale accounts, including order processing, inventory management, and delivery coordination.
– Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to increase wholesale revenue and market penetration.
– Monitor sales performance against targets, analyze trends, and recommend adjustments to achieve sales goals.
– Identify potential new wholesale customers and markets and work with the sales team to acquire new business.
– Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key wholesale clients, distributors, and partners.
– Prepare regular reports on sales performance, order fulfillment, customer feedback, and inventory levels.
– Resolve customer issues and complaints quickly and effectively to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

– Minimum 5 years of experience in wholesale sales or operations, preferably within the FMCG industry.
– Previous experience in managing a team of sales representatives or overseeing wholesale operations
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong leadership and team management abilities.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
– Knowledge of FMCG products, industry trends, and the wholesale distribution model.
– Analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex customer issues.
