Wills and Estates Lawyer

Senior Associate/Special Counsel 5 years +PAE

THE FIRM

Our client is a reputable full service commercial law firm. Due to the ongoing success of the firm, they are now looking to grow their Wills & Estates team.

THE ROLE

You will advise on a diverse range of wills and estates matters. You will also have extensive experience preparing wills and complex testamentary trusts.

Advise clients, including high end private clients, on:

• Estate Administration
• Applications for Probate
• Succession Planning and advice
• Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney
• Trusts / Deeds
• Self-Managed Super Funds; and
• Estate Litigation

YOU

To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 4-5 min PAE years’ experience in a wills and estates position. You will have the ability to express complex problems in a clear and concise manner. You will possess solid relationship building skills. Finally, you will have a keen interest in building and extending your expertise, as this is a role that offers genuine career development.
