Workday Prism Developer (Remote)

Location: RemoteJob Type: PermanentCompensation Range: $70,000 – 75,000 per yearOur client, a leading financial services firm, is seeking an experienced Prism Developer to join their dynamic team. This remote position requires a professional with a solid background in Workday Prism Analytics, capable of handling high-volume data and executing complex transformation logic. Responsibilities:Develop and maintain Prism pipelines to extract data from various sources and load Prism tables, BDS, and DDS.Manage high-volume data efficiently, utilizing complex transformation logic including joins, filters, and calculated fields.Create and maintain reports using Prism Report Writer and Discovery Boards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and optimal performance.Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Workday Prism Analytics and recommend best practices.Qualifications:Education: Bachelors (required)3-5 years of hands-on experience with Workday Prism Analytics.Proficient in building and managing Prism pipelines and tables.Strong understanding of data transformation techniques and logic.Experience with Prism Report Writer and Discovery Boards.Familiarity with ETL tools such as Informatica, Datastage, and SQL.

Preferred Qualifications:Experience in the financial services industry.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
