**Role Overview:**

As a YouTube Revenue & Growth Expert at Meer Media Productions, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and optimizing our YouTube channel’s performance. You will work closely with our content creators, marketing team, and analytics experts to develop and implement strategies that increase viewership, subscriber base, and monetization opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– **Revenue Optimization:** Develop and execute strategies to maximize YouTube ad revenue, sponsorships, and other monetization streams.
– **Audience Growth:** Drive subscriber growth and increase engagement through targeted marketing campaigns, SEO optimization, and content promotion.
– **Content Strategy:** Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, engaging videos that align with audience preferences and trends.
– **Analytics & Reporting:** Analyze channel performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Provide regular reports on key metrics.
– **SEO & Keywords:** Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to improve searchability and click-through rates.
– **Partnerships & Collaborations:** Identify and manage collaborations with other YouTubers, brands, and influencers to expand our reach and audience.
– **Trend Analysis:** Stay updated with the latest YouTube trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure our strategies are current and effective.
– **Community Engagement:** Foster a positive community by responding to comments, engaging with viewers, and managing community posts.

**Qualifications:**

– **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in YouTube channel management, digital marketing, or a related field.
– **Knowledge:** Deep understanding of YouTube’s algorithm, monetization policies, and content trends.
