Qualifications And Experience In Tech Start-Ups Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus. At least 7 years of comprehensive marketing experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within the technology start-up ecosystem. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in start-up and scale-up environments. Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO, content marketing, and performance marketing. Experience working with a variety of marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, analytics, and automation tools. Ability to leverage data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimizations. Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. Core Responsibilities in Start-Up Marketing Leadership Collaborate with the executive team to define and implement forward-thinking marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals.
