I originated in Russia and lived half of my life in a small district of thirty houses, plus school, hospital, and cemetery. Full cycle so to say. I liked the perspective, but not more than literally anything else. Thanks to my parents I always had new books to read, leaving me both, smart enough to get free university tuition and also charged with sci-fi and fantasy. So as far as I had the option, I went to the capital, got an education with the specialty of Cognitive Engineering, the meaning of which no mortal man can comprehend. Simply said, it was a mix of engineering, programming, business analysis, and management - wholesome combo without any clear employment opportunities. As close as possible to realize the full potential of my education I got at my last job. I was managing a small team, talking with CRM programmers on their language, representing a department and moving it forward. I would probably still work there, but I happened to fall in love with a boy from California. Long story short, I left Russia, we got married, and half a year later (thanks to the amazing speed of American government) I finally got an employment authorization, and now ready to put my skills back to work.
Head of the Customer Support Center at videoglaz.ru
11/2015–05/2018
My usual duties were control and improvement of current processes concerning incoming traffic. Aside from regular tasks, I initiated and played a main part in the automation of the department I was leading, which included:
- Introducing new channels of incoming traffic.
- Rebuilding old client-manager communications, using new technologies.
- Phone number checks through CRM, allowing to give personal automated responses and redirection.
- Arranging and scripting the results.
Implemented changes eliminated the problem of new client loss, which was especially problematic during peak hours, allowed to significantly cut clients’ waiting time, and harvest more data for future analysis and improvement.

Miscellaneous
I have some WordPress experience. As a freelancer, I added a drop-down menu and talk-back form to a website, changed fonts, added new pages, made a simple mobile version. I also created several simple websites using free themes and plugins. Learning C++ and C# in a university gave me an understanding of how to build algorithms, use classes and functions.
