• Computer tech support is not just a job for me; it is second nature, passion, a huge part of my life. When I was a kid, my father gave me an old 1991 laptop that would run only DOS. I installed Norton Commander and Q BASIC compiler on it and spent long hours experimenting with programs and exe files and learning about programming languages from a help file. That was the start of my life-long passion for computer technology and helping people resolve computer problems, first as a local "tech support guru" for my friends and family, and later became my profession.
