As a UI/UX designer, the process of discovery and constant consideration of the audience drives every project. It also makes what I do very satisfying. You know you love what you do when you can't wait to learn more and more. Each day is a new opportunity to learn, create, inspire others and empower ideas.

As an innovation leader for Motorola (and its successors), I helped make things happen by listening to people (and a bit of creative thinking). Just like UI/UX, incomplete or even misguided ideas can become impactful solutions when you listen, ask questions, and find the root of the problem.
