I grew up in rural western Pennsylvania and was home schooled until 9th grade! What an experience! (The flexibility of schooling this way was amazing - probably why I'd love to work remotely!) I entered high school in at that time and had the traditional high school experience, even thriving by meeting some life-long friends, whom I consider brothers. I then played basketball at the junior college level at Butler County Community College, eventually graduating from (and loving every second of my experience at) West Virginia University. Upon graduating, I worked for a project management company, before deciding to pursue my Masters in Sports Administration from the University of Northern Colorado at a satellite campus in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The cross-country move allowed me to intern at the Air Force Academy and truly allowed me to experience the business side of athletics. After completing my degree I progressed from part time worker to full time employee, even overseeing two separate progressions to critical donor/CRM platforms, while selling and running a donor hospitality area. After several year of working in sports, I decided to transition into a more traditional philanthropy opportunity and accepted my current position with Mount Saint Vincent in Denver, Colorado. In this role I have the privilege of assisting with providing funds for this amazing organization through solicitation of donations, coordinating major fundraising events and executing stewardship efforts for these contributions.

I'm currently looking to move into a remote role because I have fallen in love with the state of Colorado, and I would love to experience everything it has to offer. I have a passion for interacting and assisting people, and truly enjoy the process of beginning and maintaining relationships with these folks. I look forward to learning about all the opportunities on Pangain and I hope to secure my dream job through this process!
