I started freelancing when I retired from my IT job in 2015. Since then, I was offered different work from PC/Laptop repairs, CCTV installation and config, systems and network setup for small businesses like Internet cafes, travel agencies and small offices. After almost 3 years of doing this, I realized that I wanted to do more and explore the online business (Freelancing). So, I invested in my self and learned new skills . I just finished VA training online and it gave me a lot of guidance on how to become an efficient and effective virtual assistant. My coach trained me everything I need to become a highly skilled VA, from social media site's page creation, branding, content planning, scheduling of posts using Hootsuite tool, Canva design, and Facebook publishing, created my own website and blog then apply the basics of Search Engine Optimization to enhance page ranking in different search engines.
