Many people believe that a coordinator is an uplifting person with a can-do attitude: and that is true. A single person’s positive spirit isn’t limited to one team, but it can be “contagious” for the whole department and even the entire company.
I am proud to be that person on the team. Everyone knows that I spread positivity and many people use that fact to advance, too, which I genuinely enjoy.
To be honest, I love interacting with people. Having the right balance of being friendly and approachable gives me a good connection with my coworkers. I not only work well with others but can also use my initiative to see tasks through on my own. Every company has opportunities to improve, and I love to find the right ways to achieve that.
I’m not only used to wearing many hats, I sincerely enjoy it; I thrive in an environment where no two workdays are exactly the same. I guess this is another trait of coordinators and managers.
On a personal level, I love outdoor activities. By being active, all of that inner energy transforms and channels to the productive passion which I later use to fuel my work.
