Hired as a consultant at Llorente & Cuenca as part of its newly developed Customer Relations department. Working exclusively for an international client – Hitachi Air Conditioning - as its Brand Guardian.

・Develop the brand guidelines, ensuring the customer journey is at the heart of the business and the brand story is consistent across all touch points.
・Work closely with graphic designers to develop on-brand materials that are on-brand and could be used internationally.
・Manage content across all platforms, online and oine, video, internal comms and in store, ensuring the message positively raise’s the brand’s prole.

: Organized online survey and found out that the brand image Tazaki wants to deliver to the consumers, is not received correctly to its target audience. As a result, we merged two of the brand lines and developed a line with
