An Intelligent Digital Signage Company Creating Inspiring Customer Experiences.
Oversees digital signage projects from signed proposals to installations. Organizes and leads weekly company-wide operations meeting. Utilizes JIRA software for project planning and tracking including all internal creative projects, implementation tasks, and hardware ordering. Takes on additional responsibilities and served as Manager of Internal IT, Manager of Creative Services, and Warehouse Manager as needed.
• Account manager simultaneously servicing 10 key accounts including The Coca-Cola Company, Cedar Fair, Little Caesars, Legoland, The Ohio State University, Washington Redskins, and National Amusements as well as 20 additional clients. This business accounted for ~35% of the company’s revenue, and incrementally drove ~$500,000 in additional sales.
• Successfully operated an annual budget of ~$250,000 - $750,000 for 7 consecutive years that contributed to an additional ~$3,000,000 incremental revenue over those years across 10 Cedar Fair parks. Responsibilities included understanding and validating estimates, cost variance tracking, and managing project resources and timelines.

Collaborated with administrators on a Novell tree split. Participated in 24/7 on-call rotation for administration of all servers and systems.
