High Street TV is a Multi-Channel retailer with a growing International business.  My first invention for the group was their first major export success, resulting in £10million revenue in 2018 from Japan alone, with a forecast of £20million for 2019.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT AND CATEGORY MANAGER - FITNESS

Headed up Product Development for Fitness Equipment across our Domestic and International territories with a particular focus on bringing innovation in-house and increasing our IP portfolio.

  • Total autonomy for the Product Development Strategy and Process
  • 1 direct (3D design) and 1 in-direct (admin) report
  • Daily “client-facing” communication with domestic and International customers
  • Constant communication with other touch points in the business – creative, editing, marketing, sales, operations, finance
  • Gave regular, and successful, “pitch” presentations to the board of Directors
  • Invented 4 unique and innovative products designed to disrupt the home fitness market and entice international distributors

JLA’s Catering division achieved revenue figures of £26m in FY15. My role as Catering Product and Proposition Manager was to build momentum with both short and long term growth strategies and tactics in line with an accelerated growth plan.

PRODUCT AND PROPOSITION MANAGER - CATERING

Simplified the product offering for the sales team and the customers and subsequently introduced new solutions expected to be worth £2.5m in FY16.
