In a nutshell, I have been working mainly as a business analyst in the banking industry, implementing an array of different projects, such as:
- Payment platforms.
- Internet & Mobile banking applications.
- Credit Recovery solutions.

  • Online payment platform creation and implementation in several countries.
  • Analysing and documenting functional and business requirement, according to country specific needs and applicable country law compliance.
  • Functional support to development teams and business teams on a country-level.
  • Team coordination (2 elements).
  • Accomplishments:
    • Participating in the creation of a new online payment solution, already implemented in 3 different countries: Italy, Belgium and Portugal (more countries to come).
    • Defined and implemented the complete functional analysis process for the project.
