- Greeting and checking guests in upon arrival, helping with bookings, directions, and recommendations. Checking guests out, ensuring the excellence of their stay, communicating efficiently and courteously. Organizing daily duties and looking after financial aspects of each shift. Processing reservations and answering queries via email and phone. Daily use of booking websites and updating availabilities accordingly while working towards the main hotel revenue goals.
