When first attending college, I thought I wanted to be a nurse, and that was my method of helping others. I soon learned, however, that was not the case for me. I changed my major to psychology, hoping it would still allow me to assist others. I fell in love with this field, and grew very quickly with numerous opportunities in the field. This assisted me in learning self-care as well, and when it was time to take a break for me. It was at this point, that I determined to try to develop more of my remote passions. These include content creation, assistance, art, development, growth, and anything I can do to truly help a company thrive.

I had noticed this position and was very excited to find it. As can be noted by my resume, I have multiple experiences entailing developing rapport through effective communication and relationship building skills. I also have multiple previous experiences in utilizing effective organizational and detail-oriented strategies to ensure that services run properly and smoothly, and all efforts are counted for. I also have experience in the utilization of marketing abilities to reach out to potential community sponsors or service providers to advocate and fundraise for organizations I was with or the clients which I serviced. Finally, I have great experience in scheduling through running my own freelance photography business. I can begin immediately to become a valuable member of your team.

I have had multiple experiences in developing rapport with various customers and colleagues to inform and effectively communicate with them in the best way possible and provide the best services and marketing platforms possible. I have developed marketing through social media platforms for my own businesses. I have also proven this skill in various settings in having to develop rapport with family and friends of individuals served, and in assisting individuals with various levels of understanding and concerns, as well as in reaching out to potential service partners and colleagues. Regarding these service providers and sponsors, I have found it necessary to be able to display confidence for the company I am a part of to market the needs for my clients and my company the best. I have advocated for these organizations I have been a part of in ensuring that my client would be a great fit at a place of employment, or in ensuring that my client would be a necessary addition to a certain service provider. I have also utilized this advocation to raise thousands of dollars within a month span to benefit the ministry with which I have a part. I do have multiple fundraising experiences as well in finding sponsors and supports for mission’s organizations I have been a part of to assist those less fortunate. I have also developed rapport with both children and adults alike, as well as the children’s family and friends. I have had multiple experiences in maintaining records, and completing necessary documentation, utilizing, and requiring excellent detail orientation and organization. In performing this skill, it was necessary of me to utilize technological advancements in all Microsoft products, as well as utilize effective multi-tasking abilities.

I have strong organizational and detail orientation skills allowing me to be able to recognize needs quickly, prioritize tasks, and keep operations running smoothly. I also have great communication skills, both oral and written. Finally, I do have a freelance photography business on the side. Through this I have utilized Lightroom and Photoshop to effectively edit photos. I have utilized scheduling to ensure appointments are effectively planned and organized. I have obtained my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Liberty University allowing me to understand how to work with many different individuals better, as well as maintain organization.
