After dozens of years spent in the different corporate companies I have decides to enter the world of remote working and try to find opportunities abroad bringing me a new challenges with a possibility to have more freedom and find better balance between my personal and professional life. Most importantly to have a bigger possibility to work from home or from some other places when "nomadic" lifestyle will hit me :). Another transition position / process moved from Netherlands to business center in Prague, CzechRepublic.
Taking over the Risk Management Litigation and Bad Debt process connected with unstable financial position of our customers + even final financial resolutions after bankruptcies etc.
Very challenging position with many different interesting cases. Communication with Executors, Layers, Courts etc.
Senior Credit Control Specialist WE Zone (mainly BE, NL countries with Dutch and Flemish) 9/2017 - 1/2019
After an amazing journey of knowledge transfer I took another challenge within AB InBev company back in BE, NL scope
Main reasons:
already many years experiences within different Credit Control scopes. And especial aim to improve and centralize processes connected with the different stakeholders for the same activities within the West European Zone.
Knowledge Transfer of UK Collections process to India
01/2017 - 08/2017
Business decision made to transfer English dependent positions to Bengaluru, India. This was so far the greatest opportunity of my life being part of the Knowledge Transfer team with following steps:
Phase 1) Review of all current process descriptions and updating where necessary
Phase 2) Traveling to India where I was responsible for training of 10 people with process mapping
drawings on the walls, written exams/tests etc.
Phase 3) Portfolio ́s physically moved to the specific specialist in Bengaluru office. Kept a close eye on the daily activities to make sure process is well understood and executed by all team members.
Phase 4) After 2 months spent in India I have returned to our Prague office and was remotely still supporting a new team with additional necessary trainings.
Phase 5) Celebration of a great knowledge transfer with a team, was definitely tough journey but absolutely amazing experience.
UK Collections Senior Specialist (with English)
07/2016 - 12/2016
Promoted to the Senior Role within the team supporting mainly with training of new joiners plus escalations close to month end closure to Credit Managers. Build up the stronger relationship with Sales Team to improve problem solving of different ad hoc issues connected with incorrect invoicing, pricing etc. PDCA methodology put in place to identify highest workload activities and find route causes. (incorrect pricing - Sales input incorrect / inventory issues - depot mistakes etc.)
UK Collections Specialist (with English)

Took another challenge within AB InBev company in the UK Collections scope. Large amount of wholesale customers followed with different responsibilities connected with dispute management, pricing etc. New scope, new stakeholders and slightly different process description in comparison with BE,NL... scope. Great opportunity to have a bigger picture of the different processes and supporting with centralization for the WE Zone.

After great 6 years in the Netherlands I have decided to move back to my home country. After a long search I found AB InBev Company the largest beer brewing company with great potential where I could keep and improve foreign languages knowledge during my professional career. I have joined young dynamic team of Belgian Collections team with responsibilities of Accounts Receivables to make sure customers are paying on time + supporting as well with push for dispute resolution if needed to avoid unnecessary overdue.
