The Purpose of the Role

We are looking for a new Sales Manager for our Outdoor Kitchen product line to cover Western North America (https://www.outdoorrefinements.ca).

Reporting to the Principal Director of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible to design and execute sales strategies and tactics to reach our sales targets with our established network of high-end authorized dealers. You will be supported by representation agencies in all the regions of your territory, and you will be accountable for their performance.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and perform sales presentations to convert new prospect dealers for our outdoor kitchen’s product line.
  • Participate in the customer pricing, discount structure and key account business agreements strategies for both existing and new accounts.
  • Participate in the annual sales planning and forecasting process.
  • Log, monitor and analyse different sales reports and advanced customer data (CRM) to understand opportunities and gaps for each account on the territory.
  • Foster excellent relationships and proximity with dealers with all other industry players to reach sales targets and obtain strategic market insights.
  • Work in proximity with our inside sales and service team to provide an unmatched customer experience to our accounts.
  • Represent our brands and products in various events e.g., Tradeshows, lunch and learn, buying group conventions.
  • Learn, master, and transfer information expertly on our product line offerings that you will support.

Education

  • University or bachelor’s degree in business or marketing preferred, or equivalent experience.

Experience

  • 5 years of demonstrated business development success and sales management success ideally in outdoor kitchens or outdoor appliances.

Knowledge

  • Knowledge of the outdoor kitchens/appliances market.
  • Experience with CRM solutions and sales funnel management.

  • Performance and accountability in the entire sales process

Job location and travel
