As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a talented Marketing Manager with 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, particularly focusing on content marketing through various channels such as Google, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and adept with the latest tools (AI and otherwise) to scale marketing using technology.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team and lead our content marketing efforts targeting sports venues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B SaaS marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing content strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. They will be responsible for creating compelling content tailored to our target audience and distributing it effectively across multiple organic and paid channels to drive inbound traffic and conversions.  

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive content marketing strategies to reach sports venues and drive engagement with our target audience.
  • Create high-quality content assets such as blog posts, white papers, case studies, ebooks, infographics, and videos that resonate with sports venue decision-makers and address their pain points and needs.
  • Use the latest AI tools and systems to maximize efficiency and help scale the reach of the department.
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to increase organic visibility and drive traffic from Google and other search engines.
  • Manage our company’s presence on social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, X, and Reddit, to engage with sports venue operators and promote our content.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the executive, product management, sales, and customer success teams, to ensure alignment of content with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Identify and manage the company presence at important industry events and conferences.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including website traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and demo requests to measure the effectiveness of content marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in B2B SaaS marketing, content marketing, and digital marketing, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on content marketing and lead generation.
  • Proven track record of creating high-quality content that drives engagement and generates leads from small and medium sized businesses.
  • Knowledge of and experience using AI marketing platforms/systems in order to efficiently scale content production and extend reach without sacrificing quality.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience optimizing content for search engines.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive content that resonates with SMB audiences.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of content marketing campaigns.
  • Experience managing social media channels for business, particularly LinkedIn, X and Reddit.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a customer-centric approach to marketing.
