EquipmentShare is looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our Core Tech team! In this high impact role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering large projects to support our platform products. The ideal candidate has a track record of delivering technical or internal products , working with partner teams, with a passion for building solutions for customers that are simultaneously practical and delightful. You must operate with agility and scrappiness in solving new and complex programs, and operate fluidly amidst ambiguity. You have the experience and ability to set common goals and rally alignment across a large number of stakeholders across our corporate and regional teams.
Primary Responsibilities For a Program Manager
- Enable product and project leads to meet their goals by supporting timely project communication, delivery against milestones, and coordination.
- Assess and manage risks, monitor and report on progress with actionable insights, anticipate and resolve bottlenecks, and provide escalation management.
- Support the creation and execution of go-to-market plans for new strategies and solutions, including gathering business requirements, building & delivering against the roadmap, and creating & monitoring meaningful KPIs.
- Work with technology teams and product managers to evolve new tools and systems to support the growth of the business
- Champion documentation and communication at various altitudes, across teams and to key stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications for a Program Manager
- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of team management experience
- 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Proactive approach to project management
- Experience developing creative solutions to complex problems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Construction or Fleet Management Industry
- Experience working in a SaaS environment
