Job Overview

Position Schedule: Full-Time

In 2022, Edward Jones invested $ 1 billion in technology infrastructure, digital initiatives, and virtual business enablement tools. We’re currently in the test-and-learn phase and are looking for talented, motivated professionals, that want to be part of this transformational journey. As a member of our team, you will contribute to our financial advisor and branch experiences. You will support key strategic initiatives for our North American Operations, working with key stakeholders across our Branch and Service divisions.

What You’ll Do…

• Duties include providing high-quality solutions by coding, testing, debugging, documenting, and maintaining programs. Developing and modifying moderately complex information systems involving most phases of systems analysis and programming.
• Analyze, code, test, and document programs.
• Work in an agile delivery team to break down stories and deliver functionality in sprints.
• Conduct code walkthroughs to ensure the quality of programs developed by other associates.
• Provide system support.
• Participate in the team’s on-call support rotation.

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:

Hiring Maximum: $164262

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related experience.
• 5+ years of experience in open Systems development skills such as Java, JEE, JSP, Spring, Spring Boot (Microservices), Rest Services, Spring JPA, REST, Kafka, JSON, JUnit, Reactjs, Node.js, IntelliJ, Eclipse, Visual Studio, Azure, Javascript, LINUX, REACT, HTML, and XML.

“Candidates that live within in a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with a preference for Tuesday through Thursday.”
