What You Will Be Doing:
- Drive thought leadership, manage, and complete assigned projects involving research, surveys, questionnaires, and assessments
- Orchestrate, drive, and support the development of surveys, questionnaires, survey samples, survey administration, and assessment validation approaches
- Create compelling reports and presentations that enable leadership action on research results; monitor, evaluate, and communicate on performance of projects relative to plan, expectations, and strategic alignment
- Direct and manage research activities including internal data gathering, and collaboration among internal and external business partners
- Continuously enhance survey, assessment, and questionnaire related programs, products, and services; identify and communicate relevant new potential technologies to enhance products and services rendered
- Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders to standardize data acquisition, processing, and quality checks and compliance within surveying and assessment processes
- Ensure that research methods, validation approaches, and downstream implications are appropriate for meeting strategic and tactical business needs
- Partner and provide HCD research expertise and support to the CX Design and Journey Team members
- Ensure appropriate controls are in place to provide for data integrity by performing data integrity gap analyses and driving the resolution of data integrity gaps by collaborating with appropriate stakeholders
- Manage external design research vendors, from contracting to research execution

What You Must Have:
5+ years related work experience. Experience Details: professional level experience in questionnaire, assessment, and/or test design and development
Related Bachelor’s degree or additional related equivalent work experience
Additional Required Qualifications
Strong command of primary, secondary, and quantitative methodologies and procedures; willingness to tackle complex, often unfamiliar research requests; ability to work quickly and independently with minimal guidance or oversight
Solid understanding of statistics, survey design, questionnaire development, and quantitative research methods
Proficient in SPSS, R, Stata or other statistical software
Familiarity with SQL, preferred
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to demonstrating the highest standard of ethical conduct and integrity; a willingness to continually embrace personal and professional development
What Would Prefer You Have:
Bachelor’s degree Psychology, Sociology, Statistics, or Mathematic
Additional Preferred Qualifications
Professional or academic survey design credentials
General Physical Demands
Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally to move objects. Jobs are sedentary if traversing activities are required only occasionally.

Typical Annualized Hiring Range: $74,200 – $83,000
Annualized Salary Range: $74,200 – $120,500
Final pay will be determined with consideration of market competitiveness, internal equity, and the job-related knowledge, skills, training, and experience you bring.
