Responsibilities
- Lead sales efforts for cutting-edge video and broadband products and solutions, overseeing product demonstrations, negotiations, and contract management.
- Identify and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to drive sales opportunities and secure strategic partnerships.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the sector.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitive activities to inform sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management to track performance and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering tailored solutions and expert guidance to meet their specific needs and objectives.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and the company, ensuring effective communication and understanding of client requirements.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in sales roles within video and broadband, software development industry, with a focus on recurring revenue and license sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, complemented by extensive experience and knowledge of the software industry.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets, with a strong emphasis on driving revenue growth.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence and drive business growth.
- Extensive network of contacts and relationships within the industry, including key decision-makers and influencers.
- Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional value and exceeding customer expectations.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration to achieve business objectives.
