INSIDE SALES ACCOUNT DIRECTOR

Our high energy team is looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Account Director. The ideal candidate must be professional, goal oriented, a team player and self-motivated. They can multitask and manage multiple accounts as well as build strong meaningful relationships with their customers. The Account Director will expand and cultivate business opportunities by strategically targeting the district-level customer base of Really Good Stuff (RGS) within a specified public sector region.

Responsibilities:

  • Forge strong lasting relationships between major districts and RGS.
  • Make outbound phone sales building a book of business within a defined territory.
  • Utilize proven sales methods to prospect and identify new opportunities.
  • Develop growth plans for existing customers.
  • Learn, understand, and teach the value of our products in the education market, specifically preK-8.
  • Overachieve daily activity expectations and metrics.
  • Strive to meet and exceed designated monthly sales goals and motivate others on team to do the same.
  • Prepare quotes and bids as needed.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients.
  • Strategic planning to improve client results.
  • Develop a complete understanding of district level needs.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years inside sales experience cold calling and building relationships over the phone.
  • 1-2 years’ proven track record of successfully selling on the school district level in the educational market.
  • Enjoys collaborating with sales team to maximize profitability up-selling or cross-selling.
  • Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members.
  • High energy, self-motivated, enthusiastic, dynamic, goal oriented, and success driven.
