Skills Required
- Proven Track Record: 5+ years of experience managing complex technology implementations, ideally in enterprise environments.
- Exceptional Planning: Demonstrated mastery of project timelines, budgets, and resource management.
- Communication Excellence: Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Process Oriented: Experience in tracking, monitoring, and reporting on project progress.
- Team Player: Strong collaboration skills to partner with the PMO, product owners, and other leaders.
- Microsoft DevOps Proficiency: Demonstrated experience working with this platform.
- Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Agile certification.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with the PMO and project leads to align project plans with business goals, timelines, requirements, and deployment strategies.
- Resource Management: Manage project resources, including team members and vendors.
- System Integrator Oversight: Ensure the selected SI delivers on their Statement of Work throughout the Planning, Design, Configuration, Testing, Deployment, and Post-Go-Live Support phases.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and address any deviations from defined quality standards in collaboration with our client’s protocols.
- Proactive Management: Maintain project tools (project plan, risk log, etc.) and facilitate regular team communication for efficient execution.
- Financial Oversight: Assist with budget monitoring and business case financials.
- Steering Committee Support: Contribute to the development of materials for Steering Committee presentations.
- Seamless Transition: Collaborate with the Change Management, Training, and Communications teams to ensure timely execution and consistent messaging.
