The Website Manager is a key role within marketing at Younium that will take the lead on the development and implementation of the company’s web-based marketing strategy to support the full buyer journey
Website Manager will own the website and make sure we have a performing and converting platform that creates exceptional experiences for our audience. The first task will be to lead the project with a new/refreshed website. This project will be a lot of hands-on work but also cooperation with internal stakeholders and if needed use external consultants or agency.
The role is new in the marketing team and will report to VP of Marketing but align across marketing, sales, and product stakeholders to help us develop an industry-leading web experience. You will also work closely with our newly established RevOps team
What you’ll be doing
- Lead and manage the Younium website and after some time also other digital platforms.
- Partner with marketing, product, RevOps and sales teams to facilitate the delivery of campaigns and our brand values across our website to help build and develop an engaged audience.
- Provide day-to-day management of the website, working with mainly internal stakeholders but also consultants when needed.
- Publish and update website content, ensuring that content is consistent across multiple platforms.
- Manage digital asset libraries, including Hubspot template development, updates and troubleshooting, and training the wider team to use this.
- Maintain the overall health of website CMS, including web performance and (technical) SEO scores.
- Tracks conversion, and engagements and provides digital analytics and metrics.
Who are you?
- You have at least four years of professional experience developing and managing websites and website content.
- Proficient with Hubspot CMS
- Proven ability to translate marketing campaigns to a converting website.
- Experience with A/B testing.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics tracking, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console, including analytics implementation & debugging
- Experience with website performance optimization techniques, including image compression, lazy loading, and minification.
- Strong project manager and proven track record in stakeholder management
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience with vendor management is a plus
- At least a basic understanding of front-end web development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with responsive design principles and frameworks
- Plus if you have worked with B2B SaaS and longer buyer journeys
- Fluent in English is a must
We are looking for a full-time employee, but the position can be 100% remote, however you must be based in Europe. We can employ in Sweden or the Netherlands, meaning you must have a working permit here. We are open for independent consultant agreements too (no agencies), as long as you want to have an employment-like relationship with us and take part in team and company activities and are based in Europe.
