What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Translate customer needs into prioritized innovation and technology roadmaps
• Develop business cases for new product development
• Gather and represent the voice of the customer and business on core teams
• Ensure adherence to market and product requirements throughout the product design process
• Meet IPV/IFV targets, on-time-delivery, Revenue Achievement, and NPD Funnel Velocity goals

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related work experience in Upstream Marketing or Product Management in the medical products industries OR Master’s Degree with 4+ years of related work experience OR Doctoral degree with 3+ years of related work experience
• Demonstrated experience in translating customer needs into product requirements
• Experience in presenting business cases to top management and leadership
• Knowledge of the molecular diagnostic testing and instrumentation marketplace
